Great location as it is walking distance from major malls and other establishments. The rooms are very comfortable and include a variety of utilities. A bit of maintenance might be good (there was a section of my room's AC door that was rusty and badly installed). I do wish they would announce that upon check-in you have to pay a deposit per each day of your stay. But overall is a good option

Location is great, walking distance to nearby malls. Rooms were big enough good for groups. Buffet breakfast available. Pool Available also. AC is good. Socket beside the bed is broken need to fix. It was a good stay.

As the title says, this is one the worst places to book. The rooms including all of the furnishings are outdated. We booked a 1 bedroom suite and was situated on the 30th floor. The AC inside the room is working but turns off randomly, gets very noisy when running. I understand this is an automatic feature of ACs but there must be an option to turn this off as the room gets very hot. The electrical appliances also turns on and off randomly. To add the room is very dirty and does not smell nice. Since I had this concern, we were transferred to another room. This room where we transferred to had an odd odor but we ignored it since it is already late at night and we were very tired and stressed already. It turned out one of the beds that we did not use has molds on it. It has black spots everywhere. I wonder why housekeeping did not see this? Add to that, the flush in the rest room was turned off because the valve is broken. Some of the electrical outlets were not working as well. Lastly, the remote control batteries are dead and are leaking! For parking, we were initially told there are no more spots left for free parking. I insisted and was given a slot. I saw there were a lot of open spots not on just on 1 floor but all basement parking levels! Breakfast buffet - not worth it. I suggest just head out and find a better breakfast option. I suggest you stay away from this hotel.

Old amenities, check in & out are not smooth, staffs are not punctual but they do have large rooms that can fit groups. Small buffet area, the foods are nice but few choices. They still haven't given back my ID imo..

The hotel is old. The rooms can be maintained better, but they are luxury - big rooms, lot of space, storage, kitchen with oven, fridge, dryer in bathroom, iron, etc. There's swimming pool, the extra payment for breakfast is worth it as it is almost a lunch spread with rice, noodles, breads, desserts and more.

The place was nice enough. They could use better quality toilet tissue and provide more than one roll without being asked. A pet peeve of mine is that most hotels only provide limited TV channels, and this was no exception. Parking spaces are small, but the hotel staff went out of their way to find an appropriate solution for my oversized SUV.

Being a probinsyana, I usually book hotel rooms, should I have meetings in Manila. Since we needed to be near the Pasig area, I chose this hotel since its near the bus stop terminal. Lobby - cool and clean in spite of some maintenance going on Receptionist-courteous and helpful Room - spacious, clean and complete with personal toiletries Internet - fast with wifi in room and the lounge Pillows - fluffy and cuddly Linens - clean and ironed Was surprise to receive a welcome note from the Mamagement Lounge - clean and well.maitained Breakfast - buffet and food were delicious Special mention to Sir Leo of the Executive Lounge where breakfast was served who was very attentive and courteous.. 5 stars to his customer service Pool- clea and well maintained Near trasportation terminal, malls, business centers Will definitely book here once again

Please stay away: 3,0000 pesos a night but the worst run hotel I've even seen so far in my travels in Asia. Claims to be high end, really? It had teacups and saucers but no tea kettle. I asked for one and was told it doesn't come with the room. Wi-Fi is weak, actually worse than most budget hotels. We checked in one room and the grease trap under the sink hadn't been cleaned in so long the smell was nauseating. I asked to have it cleaned and they said ok, when I returned that afternoon, nothing had been done and I was told they have to put it on their schedule and would do it with 24 hours or so. Unacceptable! We changed rooms and the next room has such a bad mothball smell that it's as bad as the grease trap smell. Disgusting...In fact, it's giving us headaches too. In short: this building was opened in 2005 and it is so outdated and not maintained, that it actually makes you feel gross and dirty at times. Run! Find a much better one and probably at half the price!
